Choose monthly if you are unsure. It costs more over a full year, but it gives you an easier exit if you stop using grocery delivery.
Choose annual only if you already know you use Instacart regularly. Annual plans can be harder to regret because the money is paid upfront.
According to Instacart’s terms, annual membership refunds are limited. Instacart says annual members may receive a refund if they cancel within the first 5 calendar days of a paid term or renewal and have not used Instacart+ benefits during that period.
